With us, the rent you pay is an all-inclusive rent. No headaches, no subsequent payments or hidden costs. Everything is included: electricity, very fast 100 Mbit/s internet, water, heating and washing machine costs. The room is equipped with a box-spring bed, fine bedding, a bedside table, a large closet, a large mirror, a chest of drawers, a working desk, and a corresponding chair. In addition to your own room, you and your roommates share a large corridor hall, a bathroom, and a luxurious kitchen with all the necessary cooking equipment and utensils. The kitchen is fully fitted with a big refrigerator, a freezer, and a stove. Moreover, the bathroom has a big shower and a mirror sink. Furthermore, you and your roommate have access to a washing machine. LOCATION: The room is located in a beautiful and well maintained old building the city district Nordend West. Ideal for young professionals. More central is hardly possible! In addition, Nordend West convinces not only by its location, but also by its hip vibes.
